Acceptable Use Policy

Authorized business use
Use Cardinal Claims only for legitimate claims, evidence, recovery, reporting, and compliance activities authorized by your organization.
Prohibited activity
Do not access another organization’s data, share accounts, upload malicious or unlawful material, bypass permissions, falsify records, or use exported personal data outside an authorized business purpose.
Account responsibility
Each person must use an individual account, protect credentials, report suspected compromise, and follow the administrator, claims-manager, recovery, or viewer permissions assigned by their organization administrator. Shared or master customer logins are not permitted.
Enforcement
Access may be suspended or terminated when necessary to protect organizations, people, records, or the platform.
